Anyone? Anyone want to bet against me?

I'm willing to hear a more probable name. You probably know one.

Although, I'm actually more worried who McCain'll pick - as he is white, male, and "experienced," I'm sure he'll get it in November. Neither Huckabee nor Leiberman look very attractive.

I'm pretty sure Edwards isn't in the running. I don't have much feeling for him either way. I'd love to see Richardson, because he's got so much foreign policy experience and he'd help placate the pro-gun people and pull in the Hispanic vote. I'm not sure if *two* brown men would be too much for this ticket, though.

I don't like Hillary as a choice because then you've just got two junior senators. She doesn't add anything to ticket in the way of experience, military service, etc.

I've heard Jim Webb being kicked around and he'd take the wind right out of McCain's military experience sails, but he's apparently got some old writings floating around out there that might lose him the female vote. Kathleen Sebelius has also been mentioned, but if they're just thinking that as a woman she'll bring in the Hillary voters, they're probably wrong. My husband decided we're moving if Evan Bayh ends up on the ticket - I'm not sure why other than he thinks he's a jackass.

Forgot to mention: I'd like to see Wesley Clark but he was such a strident Clinton supporter, I don't know if that would work out.
