Time spent wiping off drool while the topical anesthetic deadened the gum skin: 15 minutes
Time spent trying NOT to swallow tongue while injected anesthetic hardened my jaw into a block of granite: 20 minutes
Time it took the dentist to push, break, and scrape out 3 wisdom teeth: 3 minutes
Time spent fiddling with the MP3 player to get to a song I didn't even get to listen halfway into in the chair: 2 minutes
Ability to finally have a job where I can take two days off work with pay to recover, whether I need it or not: Priceless
