I need some "V For Vendetta" love. Who on my f-list is all over themselves with this one right now, too?

And, Hugo Weaving. DAMN. (I'd like to know just which scenes had him beneath the mask.)

We live in blatently politically dangerous times. I think the medium reflects that.

I'm curious as to whether Hugo Weaving was "V" all the time, or was it just his voice?

From what I have heard/read, it was Hugo except maybe in some of the stunts - in other words, anytime V walked or gestured or moved or fenced or the like. It was originally supposed to be James Purefoy, but he left early in the filming and Hugo was called in at the last minute to take over (sort of like Viggo in LOTR, I think).

It's one of those films I don't think I could see again. I was shaking when it ended. Like Kiss of the Spiderwoman. Again, another politically raw film.
