I don't understand what the people at Netflix are thinking. When I saw the email this morning, I was expecting them to say that they were going to drop the bill again since they were canceling the second company, but no. And it doesn't even seem like they'll be doing the Video game feature either. (I'm not big on gaming, but another option would at least slightly justify the price jump)
I split the bill with my brother which is the only reason why I'm sticking around, but really they're not worth it since they've been purposely slowing us down on the DVD end. I wish there was another option, but every company trying to imitate Netflix is too new and I don't want to risk dumping money into a project that might fail.
I just don't have confidence anymore in a company where the guys at the top jump around that much in acrobatics to preserve their massive-percentage price hike. They fucked up and they know they fucked up, but instead of just admitting they fucked up and either (a) reversing the charges or (b) saccing up and quietly accepting the loss of some business, they're treating customers like they're the reason all this is happening, because we're a mass of confused, small-brained idiots who don't understand their decisions.
