Can someone tell me if the proposed health care bill makes provisions for putting caps on private insurance rate hikes? Because I don't think it does. I have major problems with this. (I'm also concerned about Medicare being raided, and having no public option. But I guess nothing is perfect on first round and there needs to be something in place for it to be amended ...)
