No, seriously - there are a lot of good things I came across in these two articles featured on my Yahoo! homepage this morning. One is from a woman explaining why "nice guys finish last" and the other is by a man giving his fellows advice on how to treat women. I can't say as I disagree with the general message of either, or several of the details, if it's often or extreme behavior on the man's part.

My point is, there are extremes, and these articles represent one. I'd like to see the companion pieces, though, about guys who are arrogant assholes - and why too many women eat that shit up with a spoon. If a clingy, over-needy man represents the male side of low self-esteem, I assure you that dating an unavailable jerk represents the female side of the same.
