A different technician came by today and HE climbed up on the roof. Apparently he found the cable buried in water and the victim of squirrels, and when he replaced it, my sister said the modem lighted up and started working inside.
Yay Internetz!
NOBODY TAKE ME OFF BEING A MOD! IT'S A CRAZY WEEKEND AHEAD, FOOLS!
