Question for f-listers

I'm not giving them 15 percent; that'd cost way too fucking much. The bill is already high. But, I've never used movers before (always did it myself) and I have a feeling *something* is appropriate. They loaded, will drive 700 miles round-trip, and are going to unload tomorrow.
Suggestions?
