Those dirty pirates! *points to new avatar*
About time Orlando did something new. I just wish I could afford the ticket to fly to London to see it. I'll just have to wait for the reviews like everyone else. (And I don't care how good he'd look, please dear lordess, don't let there be any naked pictures of him with horses.)
Ever since AWE came out, there have been an absolute plethora of new fics, especially those which are Will-centric. I've done a couple of roundup posts in the Will community, here and here. I know I can't read or rec everything on LiveJournal; this is just most of what's crossed my nose of late. I don't pretend to be comprehensive, but if you're bored and want to kill a couple of hours - and like Will - you could have fun here.
New job seems to be going OK. (You know how I hesitate to say anything that's still ongoing is "good" or a better adjective. One never knows how these things will wind up.) I've been there 90 days as of yesterday and nobody's tried to fire me yet; apparently they haven't figured out my slash obsession. *shifty eyes*
Oh, and my sister,
dahlianna, has a birthday tomorrow, along with Johnny Depp, Aaron Sorkin, and Michael J. Fox. Why do all the cool people hang around the calendar together? (I get Joan Jett and Scott Baio. FEAR FOR ME.)

Date: 2007-06-09 03:24 am (UTC)What if there are naked pictures without a horse? :P I'm really happy Orlando is doing theater because it gives him time to flex his acting muscles before coming back and pwning all those people who say he sucks :P
Donald Duck's birthday is tomorrow as well (random fact)

Date: 2007-06-09 06:32 am (UTC)Yay! on the 90 days. I figure if you can get through a day and no one dies, it's been a good day.
Wow, really hope that the birthday sharing thing only counts when it's cool people. I share a birthday with Andy Kaufman and Jim Carrey, so yeah.

I think that's how the Reapers felt about it on "Dead Like Me," too. *G*

Date: 2007-06-09 06:39 pm (UTC)I have a tree behind my apartment here, and there are birds who stop by it every so often. What looked like a yellow canary (or maybe a goldfinch? I'm not up on names) alighted on a branch just a little while ago for a couple of minutes. But the biggest thing is this demented robin who keeps hopping around back here, and occasionally goes to the front of the building in the parking lot. He pecks at anything shiny - woke me up one morning pecking at the sliding glass door back here. He pecks windshields, mirrors, and even new car hoods - one couple with had a fake stuffed cat they'd hook to the top luggage rack of their van when they were home, to keep the robin from pecking *more* paint off the hood of their vehicle!
