I've had "Motivator Maker" sight bookmarked for, like, ever and only ever made one, and it's not as creative as yours. But I'm posting a link to it anyway, just 'cause I can! It's my very favorite bunny picture.

And on a bit of an aside, in the Teamwork picture, is it just me (dirty-minded Turrow whore that
I am) or does it look like Jack might be doing a little underhanded groping, possibly trying to figure out how to get Will's baldric off so he has quicker access to, well, whatever. Jack's got a sneaky little pleased grin, and Will's got a bit of a 'Good Lord, he grabbed my nipple' look to him. One can only hope, I guess.
