So The Powers That Be at Red Dwarf Central (aka Dave TV, Doug Naylor Script Maestro, The United Kingdom, The Robot In Chris Barrie's Basement, Invisible Rob Grant In A Chair - whoever owns it) put out a SHIT-TON of photos and news this week, leading to reviews, analyses, bitching, squeeing, fainting, spontaneous immaculate conceptions, what-have-you.

I realize I've just been spoiled and can't expect this all the time, but ... but ... WHERE'S NEW STUFF TODAY. I NEED A FIX. The needle is at the vein, PEOPLE; I just need juice for the syringe, okay? So the shakes can stop ... when will the lambs stop screaming?

That first one's just the bit with the two forks and sharpener - I don't know if it's supposed to be more, but that's what it is. *G* The second one, I may try to hear later.

What I'd really like is for Robert to finish his book, but you can't rush a busy man. (I still say if you want to borrow the Stasis Leaked book, I can do a one-time lend for 2 weeks for free - Amazon says you don't need a Kindle or iPad for it, I think you can read on your computer with a conversion program they offer.)

The Romney essay was good; I'll have to look at others later. I just wonder how much this week's events will really hurt the man. (Then again, what bothers me is that the race is so close in the first place. BECAUSE THERE ARE THAT MANY PEOPLE WHO EXPECTED THINGS TO BE FULLY FIXED IN 3-1/2 YEARS AND/OR THINK GIVING THE RICH EVEN MORE IS A WONDERFUL STRATEGY.)

Robert's book was delayed by the tossers who stole his computer. Of course we won't get the last chapters covering RDX until next year I'd imagine.

It does seem to have made some of the "analysts" temporarily unable to praise him with a straight face -- that's something.

But mostly, I think anyone willing to be swayed by facts has been, and voter registration / elimination / turnout will be the key. So stay tuned for more exciting understaffing and technical difficulties, coming soon to the polls in a key district near you.

It took more than 20 years -- even with the WPA and CCC -- to recover from the nation's last Great Depression of this magnitude. I think we're doing pretty darned well -- even before taking into account the current doing-nothing-and-not-letting-anybody-else-do-anything-either U.S. House.
