I moved earlier this year, too - it was a long, drawn-out process and I thought, well, maybe he was under some "new place" stress this summer. Also, it's tricky to tell with him - I thought he'd lost weight between last year's checkup and this one in May, but the scale said he hadn't (I thought the same thing between two years ago and last year, too, with the same result) - so I halfway thought that this summer, maybe I was imagining it again.
You post a lot about your cats, and I've been reading what all you guys do for them. It's good that you can do that much for them, and I don't think you should feel bad about anything you do, because it's obvious you care a great deal for them, at least from what I read.
