Well, I actually meant the larger product it's in with - I tried searching on B&N and Amazon with the title you gave me and couldn't turn up anything. ;-)
The white cover on the right is what you should see, it's the outer 'box' (a thick envelope, really) that contains the mag (with the dark cover, on the left) and the other extras.
I don't know if you'd find it online, they're usually pushing the subscriptions (except maybe on ebay). And I'm sure it'd be cheaper in the stores (though even that's about $16, iirc). Let me know if you can't find one. I can always check and see if there are any left around here.

I guess it's not technically a bumper sticker, since it needs to be inside the glass (an applique?), and it's just a bit larger than a dollar bill.
