Jack in a slow speed chase, now that's interesting!! Thanks for such a wonderful telling--kept my interest, watching to see what the heckydo he would ultimately end up doing. Pretty cute, rings for not rum! That was probably the worst thing that happened to the poor captain. Funny too that he can 'pirate' even someone who doesn't speak what passes with Jack for English. Right amusing that--he's such a hoot and you writ him quite nice!
