The Big Read reckons that the average adult has only read 6 of the top 100 books they’ve printed.
1.) Look at the list and bold those you have read. (I'm going to cheat and use 3 asterisks on these instead, because screw you if you think I'm doing that much HTML work for a meme, LOL.)
2.) Italicize those you intend to read. (2 asterisks for these)
3.) Underline those you LOVE. (Yeah, I'm not doing this part. I'm happy to hate on the few with the asterisk, but let's just assume if I don't hate it, I see some value or got some value in actually reading it, as I do with most books. -VR)
4.) Put an asterisk next to the books you’d rather shove hot pokers in your eyes than read. (1 asterisk)

Yes, I read "Ulysses" but have spent 20 years trying to forget, so I didn't mark it as such. Also, many books I feel should be here but aren't; "Cheaper by the Dozen," "The Stand," "Frankenstein" to name a few ... But there's not room for everything. :-D
