If they ever did a live action "Little Mermaid" - Ursula the sea witch. She's my favorite Disney villain, and I could easily pull off the look.

Although, I learned in college I'm not bad at men's roles either. Barbossa might be fun; so would Perry White or J. Jonah Jamison.
