standard scrunchy larva - silent mode

That's how Nat described a photo I messaged her earlier today, that I'd taken of my co-worker's newborn at the hospital, still rather red and wrinkly. (The sprogling was sleeping.) I don't generally dislike kids until they do something to irritate me greatly - even though I don't want any of my own to take home or have to take care of - but that did make me snicker. *G*

In other news, today I went to see "Inception." Did anyone out there see this movie yet? ( It's obvious there are spoilers under here. )

I also like what Nolan did with the end of "The Prestige" and thought it was better than Priest's original novel ending, frankly. I think Nolan is what M. Night Shyamalan has been TRYING to be for years after his one-trick wonder of "The Sixth Sense" that he's been trying to desperately copy. ("Unbreakable" came closest to its quality, IMO. "Signs" to me was just a thinly disguised lecture to go to church.)

Also, just as an aside for fellow Dwarfers - did any of you get a REALLY STRONG "Better Than Life" vibe out of this? *G*
