I write best when I have some sort of music in the back of my brain. Because I cannot possibly listen to every song ever made, I fall back sometimes on the same ones, but I do occasionally incorporate something new into my repertoire.
When I get a new fandom or characters I like, then, my brain tends to start matching songs. UGH FANMIXES, HOW UNORIGINAL. Oh well. I'm a trope. I'm good with that. And, as a result, I may or may not have zipped a file with a few RD Ace-tastic tracks taken from here and there. (There are only a couple of slashy ones. See if you can spot them. All are meant in fun. *G*) In the same vein, I may or may not have found a clearance bin "Top Gun" soundtrack that I've been listening to for a few days.
Oh, and I may really have or not have found the "Tomb Raider 2" soundtrack for 99 cents the other day. (Just let me know if you like it, is all I ask ...)
