I start a new job tomorrow, and it's the only time I've ever started a job where I've already worked for the place and sort of know what's going on. I hate to sound weird, but that almost makes it worse than not knowing anything - at least you can pretend ignorance going into a new place, and anything you accomplish makes you look like a genius, if only for a a short time. At a place you already know, certain things are probably expected, and your ass will hurt more when it smacks down. *G*

Still, it's better than wondering if there will be a paycheck from week to week, which I did for six years. Now I can simply turn that worry to keeping a job that has a steady paycheck. *sigh*

But hey! At least there's new spoilers for AWE up at potc_discussion I can bitch about! (Poor ladyofthesilent - she had no clue I was in this mood, posting away happily for discussion. Normally I don't mind being a big bitch, but I hope it didn't sound *too* awfully bad this time ...)

Thanks to a bit of IMDB research with which metalkatt helped me while I was out driving a couple of weeks ago, I have conclusively proven that Will Turner and Elizabeth Swann are half-siblings. (You have to sort of know what you're looking for, I admit ...)

Now it's just a matter of who can pull the other's hair longer for Jack Sparrow. Heh heh ...
