Concession
Nov. 3rd, 2004 11:30 amOn the advice of Catholic bishops, Kerry has conceded the election. Dumbest move ever. I could care less if he looks like a so-called sore loser - he hadn't lost anything yet.
I want it stated on the record - even if it's just my record - that I did not vote for Bush. I've never voted for any Bush, for that matter.
I could care less what my fellow Americans think of my vote. But I do want people in other countries to know not all of us are blind, deaf, and dumb to what goes on outside our borders and the negative effect the U.S. is having on the rest of the world right now. (Nor do all of us blithely approve of the Israeli-American alliance.)
My mantra for the next four years? "I told you so."
