You know, it just occurred to me that between me with my journalisticness and paralegalism, and you with your real estatism and retailness (as well as finding_neo's), and metalkatt's insurance claiminess, all we really need to do is find a friend with Big Oiliness, and we could all band together to know something about the Real World after all!
