What the flying fuckity-fuck?

First South Dakota; now Mississippi.

First off, are these only women voting on this? I don't think so. First solution: If you don't have a uterus and don't support letting an owner do with one as she pleases, get out of the chamber, kthxbye.

Second, why the flying fuck do some women hate their own gender so much? I've realized for a long time that the reason women don't share in running the world is their jealousy of other women, but someone please explain to me why this is a widespread thing. Am I simply a man without a penis, that I don't hold grudges or lambast someone for how skinny or pretty or slutty she is?

The links don't work because you have to be registered with those newspapers online to read the articles. I thought I was registered with the Tribune, but they don't recognize my email since they switched to that method.

No matter, whatever the issue, it'd probably just make me angry.

Eh?? I didn't think I was registered with those publications. (I've apparently been quite busy in my sleep ...)

It's basically what you've been hearing on the news. South Dakota legislature approved an abortion ban that prohibits it in ANY case except saving the mother's life. Not even rape or incest. And Mississippi isn't far behind, nor apparently are some other choice states concentrated mostly in the South and Midwest.

I feel a little weird writing a response here, because you don't know me at all, and also feel a little guilty, because I have indeed acted in ways unbecoming to the female sex. But honestly, it's only been in self-defense! From the time I was born to now, other females have attacked me with their catty, bitchy, nasty meanness. The only way I could survive was to be the same way back. I only do it in self-defense; I am not naturally catty.

I'd say that's probably true of any female. Other women are a woman's worst enemies, especially those who support anti-choice (as I was referencing above), because they should know better. I don't expect a man to understand the complexities of the female body and brain, or understand how it feels to grow up under the oppression of knowing control over your own body is subject to the whim of society at large - but Jesus, I DO expect another female to know better.

I am really upset and angry that it's been made a law. So much suffering will come from it. "pro-life" people make me furious.

I agree, anti-choice women are the absolute worst. Goodness knows, I'm pissed enough at men like that, another woman should understand.

I have experienced a lot of evil at the hands of other women, so I can relate this this.

Very well said.
