Oh dear god. Dick Armey on MSNBC just countered Joan Walsh's clear, well-delivered statement about how Republicans are standing in the way of repairing the economy and spending their time trying to make up with Rush Limbaugh instead of working with Obama, with a comment how he's glad he's not married to her and has to listen to her prattle every day. The look on her face was PRICELESS and completely justified.
AND he was laughing at her the whole time. Classy. Good PR for your flailing party, Dick!

(I dunno - maybe this happened because Elizabeth Swann didn't get to run off with Jack Sparrow in a movie. That's a slippery slope - one minute a fictional female makes a little bit of imagined sacrifice, the next, we're all in Armey's Handmaid's Tale ...)
