I can haz recipes?

I want some good recipes for cookies that you roll out and stamp with a cutter. Hell, one good recipe that is something besides a sugar cookie.

I bought this the other day. (Hey, it's my Christmas too. Shut up. It was on sale.) And I need good recipes so I can make racy leg lamps and pink bunny suit cookies (not to mention Christmas-turkey-gone-to-the-dogs cookies). Any donors?
