Need some help ...

I need to know some respectable print publications you know of or like to read, that have to do with films, acting (the craft of), entertainment, or American history (Old West to modern, not Revolutionary period). I can't say why I need to know right now, but I may be able to later. We're talking quality-content publications, not "US Weekly" or "Entertainment Weekly" or any of those rags.

EDIT: Darlings, this is professional snobbery, not personal - I read "Entertainment Weekly" quite a bit, but I just don't think it would work for the particular venture or target I'm looking into, is all.
