And the eyes. And the cheekbones. And the lips! If I didn't know better, I'd say Johnny deliberately molded him into his own image ... sort of like a deity ... *snerk*
Good Goddess, one man should not be that pretty--it's positively Satanic! Truthfully, I would LOVE to see him play Brad Pitt's role in an "Interview with a Vampire" remake. Of course, my fantasy would be to have Johnny Depp play the Lestat role. But there are several other actors who would be very nice to see burying their fangs in Orli's gorgeous neck--not to mention who it would be quite amazing to see the reverse.:)
BTW, ever read anything by Mary Janice Davidson? She's sort of the anti-Laurel Hamilton, I think. Though her sex scenes are outstanding.;)
My sister's friend reads Davidson but so far, I haven't made it over there. I'm working my way through a bunch of backlogged books at the moment, not helped by the fact I skipped over all THEM to read Deathly Hallows when it came unexpectedly in the mail from Mom. (As for Hamilton at this stage, I'd almost read bad sparrabeth over her.)
I would definitely want to see Orlando's character as the predator. He's been a fandom "bottom" whipping boy for so long, it'd be nice to see him in the driver's seat.
Is it just me or is Orlando actually starting to Look like Johnny Depp? Seriously, those pictures really reminded me of Johnny. The high cheek bones, the pale skin, the scruffy facial hair... he's becoming Johnny! :P
I did indeed. God it's cheesy as hell, the music is a little annoying and/or a little distracting (and I had it stuck in my head for ages), but Orlando more than makes up for all that.
I had seen the screencaps of that ad of Orlando in glasses and I wasn't sure at first... but he looks hot great in them! Consider me converted on the geek!Orlando issue. :P
Well hellooooo! That was one hell of a way to warm up when I came home cold and wet and tired!
Hmm, on the vampire note - he'd make a good Daniel Molloy. Though I suppose that'd be a bit of a Will reprise, going from being naive but full of bravado, to being canny and world-weary (oh, and immortal XD).
I sort of like a combination of canny and innocent - he just seems to carry that off so well and I'd hate to see it lost (even though I know it has to be someday, as he gets older). *sigh*

Sacre bleu! Could it be? Could he *gasp* possibly play more than one role well in the same project. But ... isn't that called versatility?
