Why not J/W?

Who besides me thinks that AWE should've turned out J/W and taken advantage of all that lovely sexual tension between the boys throughout all three movies? (After all, that's the way the series really SHOULD have turned out. My God, look at the merchandise alone bearing J and W together for the past three and a half years.)

C'mon, ladies (are there any men? don't want to discriminate on my f-list). List in the comments all those moments J/W just *clicked* and made a great argument for them sailing off in to the sunset together. I expect everyone to have fun with this.

Obviously, spoilers within ...

ETA: Sort of random, but I have several old posts I need to reply to comments. I've been terribly lazy, working more than anything the past couple of weeks, but I hope to get to some of those tomorrow. *hands head*

What can I add? Nothing, just ditto, ditto, ditto. What convinced me besides the initial sword-fight was the end action sequence. And one thing that hasn't been mentioned:

When Jack, about to leap off the tower, turns back and says "Will?" his expression is so hopeful. Then when Will makes it apparent that he's staying with Elizabeth (oddly enough, not because he's chosen her but because he's going to take responsibility for his actions), he looks crushed. But he's not about to lose out on the opportune moment, is he? Besides, he can always come back for Will later, right?

Yeah, Jack/Will is _the_ OTP for PotC, no doubt.:)

Oh yes, the leap off the tower! And (from what I remember) when Jack goes over the edge, Will's the first one to rush forwards to see what happened to him, looking all concerned :D
