i think the reasoning there is that the woman didn't consent to the sexual activity, so she shouldn't have to deal with consequences of a choice she didn't make? i doubt a person who really thought life was sacred & life begins at conception would abort (but maybe that's just me because it's not all that into hypocrisy). :-)
