Yeah, we do as much as we can without making them miserable or not being able to pay rent.

The vet I take them to now is kind of the cadillac of cat care in the Seattle area, and while I appreciate their expertise, they tend to assume that I can afford more I can. I think they also assume that I can't possibly be capable of the parts of cat care that I tell them I have done, like SubQ fluids and such.
