I use a program called CoffeeCup Gif Animator. Like the way they used to make cartoons, one frame at a time, then use the gif animator program to do the combining. It's not horribly difficult, just time consuming!:) And I must agree with the sentiments (though it looks like Pirate is on the menu in the next film!;)

OOOOOOHhhh, major punnage. I think you sprained something on me.:) I've always loved the expression on Will's face when he's watching Jack struggle to pull that sword out of the ceiling. It definitely goes both ways.:)
