I love my current job as a direct care worker for mentally retarded, emotionally disturbed children (anywhere from the ages of 8 and 22). I have one boss but a TON of different supervisors. One supervisor, for the Academic Program, his name was Bob. He was hired at the same time as me and this other girl who held the same position as me. She had this nasty tendency to tell Bob she was going on a smoke break and then just, leave. Because she didn't want to stay for over her shift. We work 10:30pm until 8:30pm but we don't have enough Academic staff - so the night staff would have to stay a little later, probably until about 9.

So, after the 3rd time this other girl took off without saying anything, Bob told one of the Academic staff that he wanted to talk to ME, because he said that I was doing the same thing SHE was, as we were hired at the same time and knew each other previous to the job. I FLIPPED. Bob is no longer with us, at my School. Neither is the other girl. Me, I still am. So there, nyah nyah nyah. :D
