They did mention the lawyer hiding the tapes - they said when he was caught he claimed not knowing the rules of court about sharing evidence. *SPORFLE* I was but a mere paralegal to a criminal defense attorney for five years, and if *I* had claimed not knowing that after only ONE year, my boss would've had me hogtied and whipped. (Many's the time my old boss would come across something that was not going to help him, upon which he would sigh and say "well, shit" before turning it over to the D.A.)

There's such a thing as too much sympathy. I'm not surprised the guy's in the hole (I've been watching "Oz" way too much) - even murderers and rapists of adult women can't stand prisoners who do things to kids. (Although, I'm not sure I'd shit in my hand to prove my disdain ...)
