I can hardly pass up a story someone has written for me, especially when I've asked for it, and it's that good to boot. "Terra Incognita" is about that little man who was in DMC in Beckett's office, painting in the map while everything was raging around his ears, filling in the edges fastidiously. [livejournal.com profile] concertigrossi has given him an identity, a backstory of sorts, and even a future - as cartographer to Captain William Turner and the Dutchman, charting the edges of the map.

Also, there's a good effort at a slight retelling of AWE from the POV of a fan who wanted to fix Will's and Elizabeth's separation at the end. It's still a WIP and it's posted in the Pit of Voles, bless her heart, but it's better than its surroundings, trust me. She takes a few liberties with canon and rearranges some of the facts, but the characters are the ones you recognize from the movie and their motivations are largely the same. Try it out - I'm a slasher and I even enjoy the W/E in it.

And finally ... Turrow for all you bitches. *G* [livejournal.com profile] ainsoph15 has written an evil little tale of immortality, blasphemy, godhood, and trust - The Mateloge of Heaven and Hell (yes, the title IS classically inspired, why do you ask?). All about our favorite slashy duo (well, most of ours), Jack and Will. There are many parts - keep following the labyrinthe until you get to the end ...
