I wish I could take credit for the Irish, but metalkatt proposed that years ago and I've sort of latched onto it. Doesn't he look it? (I understand Orlando is partly Irish as well, so it makes things easier.)

I so want to see Bill give the talk to Will - and Will let him, acting sort of thick and dumb the whole time, on purpose, just to see how far Bill will go in his attempt to be both informative and tactful. Mwahaha ...

I think given his druthers, Will would be an introvert. And I relate to that - it's a pain having to deal with other human beings on a regular basis, honestly. He'd just have to get to know the guys, I think, and then he'd like them better. (Keep in mind, too, a lot of these guys tried to kill him in their "former lives.")
