I always like to see old Bill get fleshed out, and I love your take on him here. He's glum and reserved, but he just about breaks through to Will in the end. Also like your take on Will and Jones.

I'm a huge Jack fan, but it completely makes sense that Will would feel let down by Jack at this point and wonder how much he was being set up all along. He's bright enough to know he can't out-pirate Jack and he hasn't heard the multiple Jack conversations the rest of us have.
